Boland Stud, on behalf of Boland and Boland’s grooms, will be offering a high-quality colt at this year’s Emperors Palace National Two Year Old Sale.

His three crops of racing age have, to date, produced a plethora of high-class gallopers notably the aforementioned Tempting Fate, Gr.1 Premiers Champion Stakes winning filly Sentbydestiny, Derby winning filly American Princess, World Sports Betting Gr.1 Cape Fillies Guineas runner up Driving Miss Daisy, Gr.2 KRA Guineas victor Twist Of Fate, Kenyan a Silverstone Air and Gr.2 SA Fillies Nursery winner Basadi Faith.
Boland and Boland Stud grooms will be offering a colt bred on the very same Master Of My Fate/Captain Al cross as to the one which produced the talented multiple stakes winner Basadi Faith. The colt on offer is a son of the Captain Al sired winning mare Light Blue, herself a half-sister to The Scarlet Lady runner up, and seven time winner, Euphoria.
Light Blue’s dam Larny Lady, a daughter of champion sire, and multiple champion broodmare sire Northern Guest, is a full-sister to Gr.1 J&B Met winner Angus and half-sister to Gr.2 Golden Slipper winner Dignify. This is the family of Gr.1 winning two-year-old Highborn and the Candice Bass-Robinson trained Star Fighter -winner of last season’s Gr.3 Final Fling Stakes. This colt has been bred on a similar cross to the one that produced Gr.1 winners Thunder Dance, Little Miss Magic, JJ The Jet Plane, Yorker, In the Fast Lane and Pomodoro!
