A Champion in the Making: Your Exclusive Opportunity to Own a Racehorse with a Stallion’s Pedigree

It is with great excitement that I present to you an extraordinary opportunity—an elite One World colt, destined for greatness and bred from one of South Africa’s most distinguished bloodlines. Offered by the esteemed Boland Stud at the 2025 National Yearling Sale, this impeccably bred thoroughbred is the embodiment of speed, endurance, and prestige.

A Legacy of Champions
This exceptional colt hails from the bloodline of the legendary mare Saturna, whose name has been etched into South African racing history. A producer of top-class sprinters and sires, Saturna’s lineage has shaped champions such as:

  • Harry Hotspur, a world-class sprinter who dominated the Gr.1 Natal Flying Championship before becoming a prolific sire of Gr.1 winners including Agitator, Bold Speed, Harry’s Charm, and Tommy Hotspur.
  • Rotterdam, a Gr.1 winner of the Natal Flying Championship and Gilbeys Stakes, whose remarkable speed left a lasting impact on South African racing.

Kilindini

Gr.1 Winner – Kilindini

The Saturna bloodline continues to produce exceptional runners, including Kiss of Peace, Proceed, Kilindini, and Kournikova—a Gr.1 Triple Tiara queen whose offspring have excelled on international turf.

This illustrious lineage is further enriched by Bellavista, the ancestress of English Derby winner Captain Cuttle, ensuring a deep-rooted heritage of excellence and classic performance.

Sired by One of South Africa’s Most Exciting Stallions
This colt is sired by One World, a Met-winning champion and one of the most promising young sires in South Africa. A son of the legendary Captain Al, One World has taken the breeding world by storm. In his debut season as a sire (2023-2024), One World shattered records by producing 30 two-year-old winners, a new benchmark for South African first-season sires. Among his progeny is the exceptional One Stripe, a multiple Gr.1 winner of the L’Ormarins King’s Plate and Hollywoodbets Cape Guineas, who has already amassed over R4.161 million in prize money.

One World’s first crop continues to dominate the track with winners such as:

  • World Of Alice (Gr.3 Betway Fillies Mile winner)
  • Lion Rampart (Listed World Sports Betting Sophomore Sprint and Listed Somerset 1200 hero)
  • Grand Crescendo (Gr.1 placed)
  • All Out For Six (Gr.2 Cape Punters Cup runner-up)

One World’s runners have already shown their dominance, with multiple 1-2-3 finishes in prestigious graded stakes races.

Your Chance to Own an Elite Thoroughbred
This One World colt is more than just a racehorse—he is an investment in excellence, bred for both track success and future stud value. With a pedigree that combines speed, stamina, and a proven ability to sire champions, this is an opportunity to own a potential racing icon and future stallion prospect. Owning a thoroughbred of this caliber is not just about the thrill of the race—it is about prestige, exclusivity, and the chance to be part of racing history. I invite you to secure your place among the elite and acquire this outstanding colt at the 2025 National Yearling Sale.
